Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
🔸 However, we do offer refunds if:
- You accidentally purchase the same product twice
- You experience technical issues that prevent access and we are unable to resolve them within 7 days
- You contact us within 3 days of purchase with a valid reason and you have not yet downloaded the product
To request a refund, email support@eastmojave.net with your order details. We respond within 48 hours.
